Robust and full in flavor, inspired by North African cuisine and Moroccan food. Use as an all-purpose seasoning. Good with rice, vegetables, and meats. Season or coat chicken or fish before grilling, or try on lamb kebabs. For those of you who like fusion cooking, try Moroccan seasoning in stir fry or tuna salad. Our Moroccan spice mix is made up of Hungarian paprika, sugar, cumin, salt, Ceylon cinnamon, black cardamom, parsley, coriander, turmeric, cayenne, ginger, fenugreek, anise, Saigon cinnamon, black pepper, mustard powder, mace, and spices. 

Flavor Profile

Bittersweet, sweetened, earthy in flavor, and sweet-spiced with herbal notes.

How to Use

Season or coat chicken or fish with our Moroccan seasoning blend prior to putting on the grill. Add Moroccan spices to lamb kebabs, or sprinkle on vegetables and rice. Mix spicy tan-tan into hummus.

About This Blend

Moroccan food has become more popular in the United States, so having more than just the one Ras el Hanout-style spice blend was very important to us. So, we created this Moroccan spice blend is inspired by Northern African cooking.
