Thai Green Curry
Essential for Thai cuisine, but also popular with Indian curry and other Asian dishes. Full of authentic Thai flavors, combining red and green chiles with galangal, cumin, coriander, shallots, garlic, cilantro, lemongrass, Lampong pepper, and Makrut lime leaves. Try sprinkling just 1-2 tsp. of Thai green curry seasoning when cooking, as just a pinch of this curry powder is enough to punch up the flavor. To make a traditional Thai green curry paste, mix green curry spices with fish sauce (or water) and a squirt of lime juice. Rates about a 6-7 in overall heat level.
