For a tzatziki recipe, mix 1 t of Greek spices with 1 cup plain yogurt, 1 t olive oil, 1 t lemon juice, 1/2 peeled, seeded, and minced medium cucumber, and 3-4 cloves minced garlic. For a homemade Greek dressing, mix red wine with olive oil then add lemon juice, chopped garlic, and 1-2 tsp. of Greek seasoning.
