Ingredients
8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature 2 scallions, thinly sliced
Black Garlic Salt
1 tsp. Black Garlic Salt
1 egg
20 wonton wrappers
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, scallions, and Black Garlic Salt. In a small bowl, whisk egg until smooth. Take wonton wrappers one at a time, dip a finger in beaten egg, and lightly paint the edges of the wrapper. Add a heaping tsp. of cream cheese mixture to center of wrapper. Pinch middles of adjacent edges together and join in the center, forming a 4-pointed star. Fold all four corners over in the same direction, forming a pinwheel. Place on baking sheet and repeat with remaining wonton wrappers and filling. Brush each rangoon lightly with oil and bake for 15 to 18 min., or until edges are crispy and lightly browned.
