A traditional, all-purpose Caribbean seasoning from the island of Barbados. Barbados green seasoning is typically made of fresh herbs, and we created a comparable dry version that's flavored with hints of lime and a touch of heat through the spiciness of habanero chiles. Often used as a base to flavor other spices like curry powder or lemon pepper seasoning. Use to season meat or vegetables.

This aromatic, herby Caribbean seasoning is earthy and sweet-spiced with warm-citrus flavor and peppery notes.

How to Use

Season beef, chicken, pork, seafood, tofu, and veggies with Bajan green spices. Barbados green seasoning is also great to use as a base for dressings, marinades, sauces, soups, and stews.

About This Blend

“Bajan, it sounds like Cajun.” It has similarities to Jamaican Jerk seasoning, but a much higher ratio of herbs. Traditionally made from fresh herbs, spices, and chiles, we created a dry version of this Barbadian spice blend.
