Sweet, light, delicate, and similar to basil or oregano in flavor. This unsung hero of an herb is commonly used to season red meats like lamb, beef, and veal. Pairs well with dishes featuring other herbs like parsley, dill, basil, or thyme. Our dried marjoram is also great with eggs, or used in soups, stews, and tomato-based sauces. Best when added at the end of cooking.
