Chimayo Chorizo Sausage Spice is a chorizo spice mix for easily making homemade chorizo, all you have to do is add to ground pork! This chorizo spice blend for Mexican-style sausage has a bit of a Southwestern twist, with garlic, sugar, chiles and Mexican oregano.

For sausage patties or links, add 4 Tbsp. spice, 2 Tbsp. cider or wine vinegar, and 1 Tbsp. water to 1 lb. ground pork. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours for best results.
