Chimichurri Dry Marinade (Salt-Free)
This dry, red chimichurri can easily be made into a dressing or sauce for grilled steak, chicken, or pork. In addition to it being good as a wet marinade for chimichurri, this dry rub can be used to season ground beef, pork, or vegetables. To make a red chimichurri sauce, mix seasoning with oil and vinegar, then whisk. The longer you steep your chimichurri, the stronger your flavors will be. This chimichurri can be served as a warm or cold dressing. To serve warm, reduce over medium-high heat and use to top grilled meats and vegetables.
