Directions

Step 1: Make meatloaf

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Add ground beef, bread crumbs, water, eggs, Mayan Sea Salt, Fine Black Malabar Pepper, and seasoning of choice in a large bowl and mix gently, just until combined.

Step 2: Bake and serve

Scoop mixture onto baking sheet and form an 8x4-inch loaf. Bake uncovered for 50 min. Brush liberally with barbecue sauce of choice and bake for an additional 10 min. Internal temperature of meat should be at least 160 degrees. Rest meatloaf for 10 min. before slicing and serving.
