Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Choose a seasoning option then mix the spices with the Parmesan. Drop by level teaspoon onto prepared cookie sheet in little haystacks about 1 inch apart. Bake for about 10 to 12 min., turning the baking sheet around halfway through. You can tell they are done when the oil popping on the crisps slows and they are just starting to brown. Remove from oven and let cool completely on the baking sheets before serving. Store in an airtight container.
