Directions

Step 1: Brine shrimp

Place shrimp in a large bowl and add cold water until the shrimp is submerged. Add Saffron Salt and stir until salt is dissolved. Refrigerate shrimp in brine for at least 1 hour and up to 24 hours. A longer brining time will deepen the golden color.

Step 2: Cook shrimp

Drain brining liquid and grill, saute, or bake shrimp, 1 to 3 min. per side. Serve immediately.
