1 Tbsp. lemon juice

6 Tbsp. vegetable oil, divided

1 lb. boneless chicken, cubed

1 (12 oz.) bag frozen mixed vegetables

1/2 cup plain yogurt

1/2 cup half and half

Directions

Combine Tikka Masala, Tomato Powder, Taco Seasoning, Honey Powder, water, lemon juice, and 4 Tbsp. oil to form a smooth paste. In a large skillet, heat remaining 2 Tbsp. oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until lightly browned. Reduce heat to medium-low and add spice paste. Simmer for 3 min., stirring often. Add vegetables and simmer for 3 more min. Reduce heat to low and mix in yogurt and half and half. Simmer for 5 min., stirring occasionally.
