How to Use

Use this salt-free BBQ seasoning on beef, pork, chicken and fish with 1 T per lb. of meat. To make a salt-free BBQ sauce, mix 2-3 T spice with 4 T water, 4 T vinegar, and 1 1/2 cups salt-free ketchup.
