DIRECTIONS:
In a large pot, cook ground beef over medium-high heat for 5 to 7 min. until browned. For a lighter soup, drain off fat. Stir in Taco Soup mix and water. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer (uncovered) for 15 to 20 min. until vegetables have softened and soup begins to thicken.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
