Our Hidden Cove Lemon Garlic Blend is a mild, non-spicy lemon garlic seasoning that's inspired by flavors from the Caribbean islands.

More Information

For a lemon-garlic marinade: In a glass bowl, combine 4 to 5 Tbsp. Hidden Cove with 2 Tbsp. soy sauce or tamari, 4 Tbsp. cider or balsamic vinegar, 4 Tbsp. orange juice, and 2 Tbsp. lemon or lime juice. Whisk vigorously until thoroughly blended. Marinate for at least 4 hours or up to overnight.
