Golden Milk Chai Spice
Golden milk (or turmeric milk) and golden milk lattes come from India and Ayurvedic medicine. For the classic recipe, simply mix 1 1/2 teaspoons golden milk spice mix into 1 cup of milk or plant-based milk (for a vegan version). If desired, sweeten with honey, sugar, syrup, or maple syrup. Turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and black pepper are all known for their anti-inflammatory properties, making this golden milk mix a powerhouse!
