Italian Dressing Ready Mix
A gluten-free, dry Italian dressing mix for homemade Italian salad dressing, whether you're making vinaigrette or the creamy version. To make classic Italian dressing, use a jar with a lid. Then, add 1 cup olive oil, ½ cup vinegar (white wine, red wine, or balsamic) and 1-2 tablespoons ready mix. Seal jar and shake vigorously to combine and emulsify vinaigrette. For a creamy Italian dressing, whisk 1 cup mayo, 1 cup sour cream, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, and 2-3 tablespoons ready mix. Thin if desired for consistency. You can also use this Italian dressing mix as an Italian seasoning on chicken, fish, or pork.
