Flavor Profile

This salt-free chili powder is bittersweet, garlicky, earthy, and sweet-herbed with medium heat.

How to Use

Add 2-4 tablespoons of medium chili powder per quart of chili and let simmer for a few hours. Use as a base spice blend for making your own homemade BBQ dry rub. To make this medium chili even hotter, add 1/2-2 t cayenne to 1/4 cup of seasoning.
