Our blend of Thai Green Curry is full of authentic Thai flavors, combining both red and green chiles with galangal, cumin, coriander, shallots, garlic, cilantro, lemongrass, Lampong pepper & Makrut lime leaves. This green Thai curry powder is essential in most Thai cuisine, but it's also popular with Indian curry and many other Asian dishes. Try sprinkling just 1-2 tsp. of Thai green curry seasoning when cooking, as just a pinch of this curry powder is enough to punch up the flavor. To make a traditional Thai green curry paste, mix green curry spices with fish sauce and a squirt of lime juice.

More Information

Try sprinkling 1-2 tsp. Thai-style green curry spices into ordinary chicken or tuna salad to really spice up the recipe. To make a green curry paste, simply mix 1 tbsp. green curry powder with 1 tbsp. each of water and oil. For a traditional Thai green paste, use fish sauce and a squirt of lime in lieu of the water.
