Made from sweet, Spanish red peppers dried over an oak fire to impart smoky flavor. Adds just the right amount of smoky sweet paprika flavor and great color. Use in place of your regular blend of paprika powder. Add Spanish-style paprika seasoning to recipes with chickpeas, spinach or potatoes. How to Use

Add anywhere you use standard paprika for added smoky flavor. Season stews, soups, or beans, as well as beef, chicken, pork, and seafood. Mix sweet paprika into chili powders or barbecue seasonings to make a homemade BBQ dry rub.

About The Spice

This ground paprika's true Spanish name is "Pimentón De La Vera, dulce." Spanish smoked paprika is common in Spanish, Mediterranean, and Middle Eastern cooking.
