Add nuts of choice, sweetener (Maple Sugar, Vanilla Bean Sugar, or Honey Powder), and seasoning (Coastal Cali Fennel Pollen Rub, Georgia Peach Spice, or Za'atar Seasoning). Mix to coat nuts.

Step 2: Bake and assemble trail mix

Spread nuts in an even layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 60 min., stirring once every 20 min. Cool for 30 min. In a medium bowl, combine nuts and remaining add-ins. Store in an air-tight container and enjoy within 2 weeks.
