We love how the thyme and lemon brighten the onion base, making this one of our go-to seasonings for grilled sweet corn in the summer. It’s one of those all-purpose blends we keep on the counter all of the time because we end up grabbing to use on almost everything, from roasted potatoes to fresh tomato slices from the garden.
