Flavor Profile

This sweet, salt-free seasoning is mapley, peppery, and earthy.

How to Use

Season pork, poultry, and salmon. Sprinkle on sweet potatoes and other veggies before roasting. For glaze, mix 2 1/2 T spice with 3 T balsamic vinegar, 2 T whole grain dijon, and 2 t olive oil.
