A blend of traditional Cuban flavors, classic sofrito seasoning and adobo spices. Use for Cuban recipes like tostones, ropa vieja, lechon asado, or arroz congrí. Great for seasoning beans, fajitas, tacos, and enchiladas. Season pork with Cuban spices, use in homemade dressings and sauces, or sprinkle on scrambled eggs. Traditionally made with fresh ingredients, making an authentic dry sofrito seasoning and finding the right balance between adobo and sofrito was essential in crafting this blend.

About This Blend

Cuba is comprised of diverse cultural influences including Spanish, Portuguese, French, West African, and Asian. In creating a seasoning to represent this melting pot, we married two critical flavoring elements of Cuban cuisine: adobo and sofrito. The result is a bright and wonderful seasoning unlike anything else we have created.
