Directions

Step 1: Melt chocolate

In a medium, microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips in 30 second bursts in the microwave, stirring after each burst, until mostly smooth. Stir until completely smooth.

Step 2: Dip strawberries

Line a baking sheet with wax paper. Working quickly while chocolate is still warm, hold strawberries by their leaves and dip strawberries in chocolate to throughly coat. Let excess chocolate drip off and transfer dipped strawberries to baking sheet. While chocolate is still wet, sprinkle with salt or sugar of choice and chill for 1 hour before serving.
