Combine bag of spices with remaining ingredients in a large saucepan and heat to just below a simmer for about 30 min. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature. Discard spice bag and cinnamon stick. Pour spiced cider into popsicle molds or mini ice cube trays and freeze overnight.
